1. Scope of these terms
These terms apply to browsing and searching the Hungarian and English versions of lenkergroup.hu, sending enquiries and submitting online job applications identified as Lenker Group applications. The operator is Lenker Solutions Építőipari Kft.; its full company details are provided in the Legal notice.
The website provides information about the group, its expertise, completed work, news and job opportunities. Browsing is free and requires no registration. It is not an online shop, accepts no online payments and does not automatically conclude construction, design or employment contracts.
2. Requests for quotations and contact
You can review and correct the enquiry form before sending. Selecting “Send enquiry” transmits the details and any attachment to the server endpoint on the Lenker Solutions domain, which uses the Resend email service to send the enquiry to info@lenkergroup.hu. One PDF, PNG, JPG, DOC or DOCX file of up to 5 MB can be attached. You do not need your own email application.
Sending an enquiry or CV does not in itself constitute an accepted quotation, order, obligation to perform or offer of employment. The specific technical scope, price, schedule, liability, contracting company and other conditions require separate discussion and agreement.
A successful submission message means that the server received the email provider’s acceptance response. It is not a read receipt, accepted quotation or electronic contract filed by the operator. A failed submission displays an error; you may retry or email the central address directly. The effect of subsequent offers and declarations is determined by their content and applicable law.
3. Use of published information
Descriptions provide general professional information. They do not replace a site survey, project-specific design, administrative procedure or expert assessment required for a particular task. A solution shown in a reference project cannot automatically be applied to another project.
We aim to keep information accurate and current. Content and the scope of services may change; specific commitments must be agreed with the relevant company. Content or technical errors can be reported to info@lenkergroup.hu.
4. Proper use and copyright
The website must not be used to distribute unlawful content, obtain unauthorised access, disrupt operation or infringe others’ rights. Provide only personal data and documents you are entitled to disclose; do not send health, identity-document or payment-card data unnecessary for an initial enquiry.
Commercial reuse of website copy, brand assets and images requires the rights holder’s permission, except where permitted by law. Ordinary linking and lawful quotation with attribution are permitted.
5. External websites and availability
External links lead to other providers’ websites, which operate under their own terms and privacy rules. Parts of this website may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or faults. For urgent matters, use the contact details in the Legal notice.
Mandatory law governs the operator’s liability. These terms do not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or mandatory rights available to visitors.
6. Privacy and cookies
Separate notices describe personal data processing and optional measurement and advertising services. Browsing the website or reading these terms does not constitute consent to analytics or marketing processing.
7. Feedback, complaints and remedies
Feedback and complaints about the website can be sent to info@lenkergroup.hu or by post to the company’s registered office. For privacy matters, the remedies listed in the Privacy notice are also available.
Claims under any subsequent consumer contract are governed by consumer and civil law and the information provided for that contract. Consumers may seek relief from a court or the competent conciliation body; these website terms do not restrict those rights.
8. Effective date and changes
Hungarian law and directly applicable EU law govern the website, without prejudice to mandatory consumer and data protection rights. These terms are available in Hungarian and English; in the event of a discrepancy, the Hungarian text prevails unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Amended terms will be published here with a new version and effective date. Changes do not retrospectively amend existing individual contracts or replace any new privacy consent that may be required.
