1. What this notice covers
This notice covers cookies and similar browser-storage technologies on lenkergroup.hu. The controller is Lenker Solutions Építőipari Kft.; company details are in the Legal notice and general processing information is in the Privacy notice.
A cookie is a small item of data stored by the browser. Local storage is a different technology, but storage on the device is treated transparently in the same way. Analytics and marketing tools do not necessarily rely only on cookies; the consent controls therefore also restrict loading the service itself.
2. Current status
We plan to integrate Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel. None is currently activated; this website sends no events, cookieless measurement requests or form data to them. The website and enquiry form work without these services.
The footer Google map loads automatically when the page opens, without a separate click. This automatically connects to Google, which may process your IP address and technical browser information and use its own cookies. No separate map-loading choice is saved. The Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel switches in Cookie settings do not disable the map, and the map does not activate those measurement and advertising services. Google cookies can be managed through your browser’s website data settings.
As no optional measurement is active, we do not ask first-time visitors to consent to services that are not operating. Current status can be viewed at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. Activating a new service requires updated information and a fresh choice.
3. Necessary operation and remembering choices
The website application does not write analytics or advertising cookies for browsing, language switching, search or filling in the enquiry form. Hosting security infrastructure may use technical measures necessary to deliver the requested page securely; these cannot substitute for advertising consent.
The storage item below is created only when you explicitly make and save a choice about an optional service activated in the future. Viewing the current inactive status does not create saved consent.
- Storage name
- lenker_cookie_consent
- Technology
- Browser local storage (localStorage), not an HTTP cookie
- Purpose
- Remembering your explicit cookie choice and checking consent status
- Stored data
- Per-service yes/no choices, timestamp, expiry, notice and configuration version; no name or email address
- Validity and deletion
- The choice is valid for 180 days; an expired record is removed on the next use. Site data can also be manually deleted in the browser at any time.
- Access
- Remains in your browser; the consent module does not send it to an external provider
This preference preserves the privacy choice you explicitly request and is not used for profiling. To the extent personal data are processed, the basis is the legitimate interest in respecting your choice and operating privacy controls. If local storage is blocked, the website remains usable, but your choice may be requested again on a later visit.
4. Planned analytics service
Google Analytics 4 is planned to understand visits and content use. It may be activated only after separate analytics consent. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; international provider processing may also occur. The data stream and actual settings to be enabled have not yet been supplied.
Google documents a default lifetime of 2 years for typical GA4 _ga and _ga_<identifier> cookies, subject to configuration and browser limits. This is not an inventory of cookies currently used by this website. Before activation, actual cookies, expiry and server-side retention will be specified separately; cookie lifetime is not the same as provider data retention.
5. Planned advertising services
Google Ads is planned for campaign measurement and, if separately explained and configured, remarketing. Meta Pixel is planned for Facebook and Instagram advertising measurement and, if separately explained and configured, audience building. Google Ads and Meta Pixel will be separately selectable, with neither permission pre-enabled.
Meta’s European provider is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Ireland). The providers’ controller, joint-controller or processor roles and safeguards for any transfer outside the EEA must be explained before activation according to the actual service and contract.
Events and cookies must be inventoried against actual operation before activation. Preparing a brief locally is not a sent enquiry; success may be signalled only after the email provider accepts it. Sending an enquiry does not conclude a contract. Free-text form contents, names, email addresses, phone numbers, attachments and CVs are not supplied to measurement or advertising systems.
6. Consent, refusal and withdrawal
When an optional service becomes active, the consent interface provides equally accessible acceptance, refusal and detailed settings. Optional switches are off by default. Scrolling, continuing to browse or closing the window does not constitute consent. Optional code must not load before a choice or after refusal.
Choices can be changed or withdrawn at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawal stops future loading but does not automatically erase data previously lawfully processed in external provider systems. You may direct a deletion request to the controller and the relevant provider.
Cookies and local site data can be deleted or blocked in browser settings. Choices apply to that browser and device; another device, browser or deletion may require a new choice. Optional services rely on consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR together with applicable electronic communications rules.
